Hennepin County Climate Action Plan Online Feedback
Hennepin County’s Climate Action Plan is open for online feedback now until Wednesday March 3. Once presented to the board of commissioners and adopted, this plan will influence funding for infrastructural improvements across the region. If you live in Hennepin County, we need you to make your voice heard. Submit your feedback now and include the following asks.
Tell Hennepin county to:
- Commit to a 30% Vehicle Miles Traveled reduction target, consistent with the Rocky Mountain Institute’s research on VMT reduction needs
- Improve transit today with county dollars
This is a critical decision for the region, and we can’t let the plan go to the board of commissioners without emphasizing the priority for transit investments.
