Transit Policy: Thoughts?

The 2026 legislative session is over—and after months of defending transit funding, advocating for a more affordable transportation system, and navigating the fraught politics of a divided House, we’re excited to share updates from the State Capitol and hear your thoughts on the future of transit policy!

Join Move Minnesota Action’s state advocacy team on Saturday, June 6 for Transit Policy: Thoughts?, a conversation about the current state and future possibilities of transit policy in Minnesota. After a debrief on key transit issues at the State Capitol this spring, attendees will be asked to help brainstorm creative and bold policy ideas for making our transportation system more sustainable, affordable, and convenient. No prior policy knowledge is needed.

Together, we can create a high-quality transit system that connects us all. Our groundbreaking policy victories at the state legislature in recent years are proof of the power of collective imagination and action. Join us in pushing the movement for just and sustainable transportation forward!

Coffee and light snacks will be provided! RSVP with Move Minnesota Action.
