Move Minnesota Receives Charities Review Council Seal as Marker of Strength and Transparency

Move Minnesota is pleased to announce our receipt of the Charities Review Council “Meets Standards® Seal”! We are proud to be one of fewer than 300 nonprofits who maintain this rating by engaging in strong, trustworthy, and effective nonprofit practices.

“I am thrilled that Move Minnesota has met the standards set forth by Charities Review Council,” said Elissa Schufman, Donor & Funder Relations Manager. “Move Minnesota carefully stewards the time, talents, and finances people invest in our organization and our movement. Now we are able to better communicate how that work ensures we are well-positioned to advance transformative change.”

The Meets Standards® Seal, awarded by the nonprofit oversight organization Charities Review Council, is given to organizations that meet nearly a hundred benchmarks of nonprofit governance, finance, fundraising, and public communication. By meeting these benchmarks, Move Minnesota has proven that our operations reflect our commitment to transparency, accountability, and quality practices.

The Meets Standards® Seal is a tangible demonstration of our commitment to the people who invest in our movement. Move Minnesota is excited to have taken this step to further build a culture of trust with our community of supporters, donors, volunteers, funders, and partners.
